ACCOUNT SECURITY AND DATA

How 0uu Handles Your Account and Data

We apply account-level security measures and data-handling practices that are set out in these terms and our privacy policy.

Data We Collect

When you open an account we collect your name, contact details and payment identifiers such as your UPI ID or Paytm number. This data is used solely to operate your account, process transactions and verify identity when required.

Cookie Use

We use session and functional cookies to keep you logged in and remember your lobby preferences. Analytics cookies help us see which game rooms are most visited. You can adjust cookie settings through your browser at any time.

Account Security

Your account password is stored as a one-way hash and never visible to our staff. We strongly suggest enabling two-step verification in account settings to prevent unauthorised login from an unrecognised device.

Data Retention

Transaction records and account activity logs are kept for the period required by applicable law. After your account is closed, non-essential data is deleted within 90 days unless a legal hold applies.

Requesting Changes

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask for corrections, or ask for erasure by contacting support via email. We will confirm receipt and complete the request within 30 days subject to any legal obligation to retain records.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals via PhonePe or UPI will be processed before closure is finalised. Outstanding balances are returned to the verified payment method on your account.

The same terms apply to all account holders on 0uu. If a specific promotion or feature carries additional conditions, those are shown clearly before you opt in and they sit alongside these terms, not in place of them.

We post a notice on the site and, where possible, send an email to your registered address. If you continue using your account after the effective date of the updated terms, that constitutes acceptance. You may close your account before that date if you do not agree.

Raise the dispute through live chat or email within 30 days of the transaction date. Our team will review your account logs and the relevant payment record — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — and respond with a decision within five business days.

We may suspend an account immediately if we detect activity that breaches these terms, such as fraudulent transactions or multi-accounting. You will be notified by email and given the opportunity to respond before any permanent closure is carried out.

The current version is always accessible at 0uu.club/terms-conditions/ without needing to log in. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the bottom of that page so you always know which version applies to your account.

Email our support team with your account ID and request type. We will verify your identity against the details on file and deliver the data export within 30 days. The export covers transaction history, login records and the contact details stored on your account.

These terms cover all payment methods including UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. The payment processor's own conditions also apply alongside ours. If there is a conflict between the two, the payment processor's terms govern the payment leg of any transaction.
