Data Collection Scope

We collect only what is needed: account registration details, payment references for UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe transactions, device identifiers, and in-session activity logs. Nothing beyond what keeps your account running is gathered.

Account Security Measures

Passwords are stored as salted hashes — never in plain text. Two-step verification is available for your account login, and every login attempt from an unrecognised device triggers an email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention Periods

Active account data is held for as long as your account remains open. After account closure, transaction records are kept for the period required by financial law in applicable jurisdictions, then permanently deleted from our systems.

We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the payment identifiers associated with your UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe deposits. Device and session data is also logged to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Payment references are stored in encrypted form and never in full. We retain only the transaction ID, amount, timestamp, and status needed for reconciliation. Full UPI handles and Paytm wallet numbers are not stored beyond the point of verification.

Yes. Submit a Subject Access Request through the in-account Help Centre or by emailing our data team. We will provide a structured data export within 30 days of receiving your verified request at no charge.

Send a deletion request via email or the Help Centre form. We will remove all personal data not subject to mandatory financial retention within 30 days and confirm deletion in writing. Anonymised aggregate data may remain for internal analytics.

We share data only with payment processors needed to clear your UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe transactions, and with fraud-detection services that protect your account. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
